Found this mod after 8 hours of search on google. I tried this on Gmod - Garry's Mod. This is the best mod I have found so far ! I believe it is called : Alyx nude Adriana. The mod looks exactly like the picture. Good looking nude Alyx I would say. Follow my Simplified explanation on how to install this on Gmod - Garry's Mod USING steam.
Simplified instruction:
1 . Download the file and unzip usuing winzip
2 . Put the folder called "Alyx Nude Adriana " into " C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOUR STEAM ID\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons
NOTE : for 64 bit version of widnows you should chose Program files(x86)
3 . Load the game
4. When you are in the game press on " q " to bring up " Menu "
5. Just left next to NPCs on TOP click on Brows
6. Just scroll down till you see " Alyx nude adriana " folder. Click on that folder. You are done! You will see the models down there to chose from.
